Well, in medical terms, this procedure is known as“Trap Tox”and they essentially inject a person with drugs such as Botox to treat migraines and shoulder pains. This procedure also has the effect of getting a slimmer neck which seems to be a trend among youngsters these days after seeingBarbie.The CEO of Revance Theurapatics, Dustin Sjuts talked about the trend in an interview with Reuters.

“[It] supposedly slims the neck and somehow that got attributed to the actress that’s playing Barbie,”

Adding to the discussion, Scot Glasberg, the president-elect of the Plastic Surgery Foundation added his view on the matter and how the trend immediately changed from wrinkles to slimmer necks!

“They’re not treating wrinkles or lax skin. They want less girth to their neck, a slimmer, more contoured neck,”
