The best way to use Assassin’s Edge in The First Descendant is during Colossus boss fights, where the firearm’s 40% base Critical Hit Rate will really impact the damage you can do. Moreover, Weak Points should be your primary targets, along with canisters to cut short a boss’s ‘rage’ or immunity phase.

To increase the level of your damage, prioritize equipping and leveling mods like Adventurer and Commando Marksmanship. Both will boost your Critical Hit rate and Weak Point damage.
