The animosity that Zack Snyder’s devoted fans hold toward the rest of DC Studios is a tale as old as time. Ever since the SnyderVerse fell apart following the 57-year-old filmmaker’s departure from the superhero franchise, Snyder fans have made it their mission to sew his legacy back into the now-revamped DCU.

Snyder’s absence caused a massive fissure within the DC fandom, splitting it into two opposing sides; with the glue holding them together gone, Snyder’s devotees felt wronged which led them to devise numerous ways to somehow bring theWatchmendirector back. They led campaigns and signed petitions, but only in vain. Little do they know though, that after 5 years of bidding farewell to the studio, it’s highly unlikely for him to ever come back.

Zack Snyder Fans Become the Subject of Mockery
From initiating the online campaign of ‘Restore the SnyderVerse’ to demanding Warner Bros. to sell SnyderVerse to Netflix,Zack Snyder‘s loyal followers tried every trick in the book to reinstate his legacy in the DCU. But their efforts were never met with any results.
In light of the countless ways that fans tried to bring Snyder back to DC Studios, a Twitter user ridiculed them for claiming that Warner Bros. Discovery is in“debt.”This was further backed by the fact that a single Matt Reeves film managed to amass more profit for WBD than two of Snyder’s projects combined.

Snyder fans: WBD is in debt and only the Snyderverse can save it.
Reality: The Batman made more profit for WBD than Man of Steel and BvS COMBINED.

Then there’s theRobert Pattinsonspectacle which brought home nearly $771 million against a budget of $185-200 million.
While bothMan of SteelandDawn of Justicewere commercial successes, 2022’sThe Batmanwas able to garner significantly more profits as compared to the other two; the latter earned a colossal profit of $177 million, whereasBatman v. SnyderVerse Fans Get Blasted for Lacking Foresight
When theJustice Leaguedirector’s absence was still relatively fresh, DC fans posed a united front in grieving Snyder’s detachment from the studio. Gradually, however, the relentless lamentations of his fans caused a wide rift between them and the rest of the fanbase; that irreparable crack ended up pitting two halves of the same side against each other, and the loyal followers of the SnyderVerse were rebuked for their“toxicity”and mocked for their“obsessive”behavior.
Following the tweet aboutThe Batmanbringing in collectively more profit thanMan of SteelandDawn of Justice, SnyderVerse fans are now getting bashed for being short-sighted when it comes to the DCU.

They also don’t understand profit, and only look at the BO numbers and factor in nothing else (unless it can negatively reflect non snyder products).
