Why is Starfield’s Score on Metacritic Diving?
One of the main reasons behind the scores dipping forStarfield, mainly the Xbox Series X version, is more reviews. As more and more players get access to a title, more reviews start pouring in, and ultimately the score of a game falls; however, this does not happen all the time. Other than that, review bombing is also a big reason, as there have been users giving the game zero or one out of ten, which is partly because the game released exclusively onXbox.
With the game currently sitting in 49th place on Metacritic, the potential GOTY contender wouldn’t have expected to find itself so down the list. The game created hype that was never seen before in the gaming community, and although the game is not doing very well on Metacritic, its scores are pretty much okay.
