As you explore the different regions of Ashenfall, you will encounter numerous deadly enemies and bosses. Crafting and Using Wardstones To Refill Armor

After building the Rune Altar, you’re able to create different types of Wardstones: Small, Medium, and Large. Interact with the Rune Altar to craft a Small Wardstone using 1 Stone and 5 Rune Essence, which replenishes a small amount of Armor Bar. Although Wardstones restore the Armor Bar, they also inflict Toxicity.

As you progress, you will unlock Medium and Large Wardstones, which can replenish a much larger amount of the Armor Bar. Additionally, certain meals and foods can slightly refill your Armor Bar. However, they are far less effective than Wardstones and should be considered a backup option for refilling the Armor Bar.
