What settings will be available for Lords Of The Fallen?
When playing a Souls-like game, the settings are incredibly important as the game needs to be able to run well for it to be a fun experience; if the game is lagging and has low graphics, then many gamers will find it highly frustrating and feel slow and tedious. This won’t be the case forLords Of The Fallen, however, as there have already been announcements that once released, there will be two available options for players to choose from, which will both be very reliable in terms of gameplay.
Once released, there will be two available options for gamers to use throughout their playthroughs and those two modes are titled Performance and Quality, and these options will be available from start to finish and during an interview with Wccftech, Saul Galscon where it was discussed more in-depth that if a player were to use performance mode the game would be set to 60FPS and 1080P resolution, but if they were to use quality mode it would be set to 30FPS and 1440P upscaled.

How will these two different modes affect gameplay?
During the interview between Wccftech and Saul Galscon, it was emphasised that no matter what mode the player chooses,Lords Of The Fallenwill run just as well as it would on either setting whilst also looking just as beautiful and detailed. This is a good sign and will give a lot of players hope, as many gamers are pretty fearful that developers aren’t taking advantage of new generation console capabilities to use a high FPS during games and that developers will go back to using 30FPS more often in their games.
When playingLords Of The Fallenmany gamers will be looking more towards using the performance mode as it will be a lot cleaner for the combat even though it has been made clear there won’t be a noticeable difference between the two modes, many gamers would prefer to have the faster FPS as it will help them predict attack timing a lot better.

What do you think about this information forLords Of The Fallen? Which of the two game modes will you be using once it releases? Let us know in the comments what you think!
