The MCU actor Tom Holland who previously made headlines for his romantic association with Zendaya, is now leaning onLokistar Sasha Lane. While sharing the screen on his Apple TV+ psychological thrillerThe Crowded Room, Holland and Lane apparently developed a strong on-screen connection according to theSpider-Manactor.

Despite his previous onscreen connection with Zendaya, Holland now believes his experience with Lane is otherwordly.

After a quick turnaround fromUnchartedand his MCU movies,Tom Hollandhad been looking for a much-needed break when he was offered the idea for his Apple TV+ psychological thrillerThe Crowded Room.Jumping immediately into action, the actor took on the role of Danny Sullivan and served as the executive producer of the show.

While shooting the 10-episode show Tom Holland met a few blessed souls on the set, and Sasha Lane stood out amongst them. Quickly developing a bond with the star, Holland ventured into the emotional journey as Danny Sullivan and stunned his fans with his prolific performance. Having a fun working experience with Lane, the actor spoke about his journey withThe Hollywood Reporter.

“The best time when it felt the most fluid was with Sasha Lane when she was dancing in the club. She’s so free and her and [Elijah Jones] were just making magic. I stood off camera watching her and then the director would shout “switch” and I would jump in, and Sasha would watch and tell me to do something differently.”

Sparking notorious rumors following his interview withThe Hollywood Reporter, Tom Holland’s on-screen connection with theLokiactress Sasha Lane almost made it look like she stoleZendaya’s thunder. Discussing deeply about the scenes fromThe Crowded Roomthat featured him and Lane, Holland recalled the time when he had to mimic the actors. He then added the way Lane guided him.

“She’d say, ‘Look, I’m not dancing anything like that. Tom, watch me.’ She’d come in and swap and we would bounce between each other.”

Stating during the interview how well he bonded with theLokiactress on set, Tom Holland claimed to have developed a deep on-screen connection with Sasha Lane. Admitting that he had never felt such a connection with anyone, Holland noted things that made fans curious about his previous onscreen chemistry with Zendaya.

“I don’t think I’ve ever had such a strong connection with a fellow scene partner as I did with Sasha when we were doing that scene. She is an absolute powerhouse and I’m so proud of what she did in the show.”

Although Holland previously worked with Zendaya in theSpider-Manmovies, his work on-set experience with Lane was apparently otherworldly, and even theEuphoriastar doesn’t seem to stand a chance. The actor then proceeded to praise Sasha Lane for her skills and patience.
