Best Medic Loadout
Here is a quick rundown of the best loadout for the Medic in Killing Floor 3:
The K&W MP6 will be your go-to early game weapon. This weapon allows you to simply spray-and-pray your way out of waves. Its secondary mode throws a healing grenade that can also damage Zeds in the AoE. It can be hard to target in the later stages, where everyone may panic due to the number of enemies spawning. This is why you need the next primary weapon.
Once you’ve racked up enough Dosh, go ahead and purchase the LF-85 before the boss fight starts. This weapon is much more accurate, and its secondary homes in on the nearest allies where you are aiming. On top of that, the healing darts actually regenerate when hitting Zeds. This gives you a near-unlimited supply of darts, especially in boss fights.
The KH-380 is just a backup weapon when you need extra firepower or healing darts. You can mod it to have burst-fire, too, if you want it to be purely for damage. As for the tool, healing is not much needed in the early game, so go for the Multi-Tool and open up lockers or access locked areas of the map. Once you hit late game, switch to Syringe Bag for the whole squad.

Best Primary Weapons for Medic
For the 2 primary weapon slots, go for the K&W MP6 and the LF-85. Here is a quick rundown of their mods:
For the early game, your goal is to get rid of the fodder Zeds while your allies do the heavy lifting. This is why the K&W MP6 is the recommended weapon, as it can easily wipe out weaker waves of enemies. To add more firepower when clearing lesser Zeds, get the Hollow Points Rounds mod. The Healing Grenade is good for crowds of enemies or to heal more than one ally.

In the late game, especially when fighting the stage boss, the LF-85 is the best Medic weapon. A good reason is that damaging Zeds with this weapon generates healing darts. This means, as long as you can hit enemies, you have enough supply of darts to support your squad. The barrel mod you will be using will depend on the enemy. If you are facing agile bosses like the Chimera, the Cold Fusion Converted is recommended. Otherwise, you can go for the Penetrating Barrel.

Recommended Sidearm Weapon for Medic
As for the best sidearm for the Medic Specialist in Killing Floor 3, it’s the KH-380. Here is a list of the weapon mods you need to attach:
Obi’s default pistol, the KH-380, is all you need. What makes this sidearm good is that it also has healing darts that you can use to support allies. Get the Dart Recharger Kit so you can keep healing your allies in case you run out of options.

Best Medic Tools
As for the Medic tools that complement your team well, go for the Multi-Tool or Syringe Bag. Each tool has its own purpose and a time when you should be purchasing it. This is important to know, especially when you are playing the Hell on Earth difficulty. The Multi-Tool is useful in the early game so you may activate traps, enable Ziplines, and more. However, just before the boss fight, switch to the Syringe Bag to provide some healing packs for your allies.
Recommended Medic Weapon Mod Bonus Abilities
As for the randomized weapon mod Bonus Abilities for Medic in Killing Floor 3, there are two options. The first one is “Each shot has a 1.5% chance to deal 150% Damage.” This works perfectly with the K&W MP6, where you will be unloading a ton of bullets in rapid succession. The second one is “Teammates within 10m have a 5% chance to gain 5 Armor after killing an enemy.” Armor is hard to come by in the late game, especially if you have already opened up all the lockers containing armor. Providing extra armor for your allies is good and keeps them alive for longer.
