Whether one is versed in the manga or not, every fan of the series knows at this point that the Shibuya arc is not kind to anyone. Whether it is the dark plot or the ruthless deaths, fans have to buckle up in one manner or another. So to see Junya Enoki on his knees, crying while filming a scene can only bring about questions as to which scene made him cry. Rather, who’s death was he crying over? Was it the death of someone close to Itadori or a demand for his own demise?

What Made Junya Enoki Cry?

The Shibuya arc sees Itadori Yuji go through a horrendous amount of pain. From Nobara (although not confirmed dead) to Nanami, he loses the people closest to him. Even with Gojo being sealed away, pain is something Itadori is surrounded by. However, one scene in particular is crumbling because of his own hatred for the host who lies within him, Sukuna.

Itadori cries in disgust after he wants himself to be dead, specifically the entity inside him to be dead. Sukuna is a catalyst of destruction and in his wake stands a boy who just wanted to go on some ghostbusting hunts. There is a lot that goes on in that one scene. Although it is not confirmed as to what exact part made Junya Enoki go on his knees like that, fans can only wait to find out.
