Openings in anime can, at times, tease incidents in the series before they even take place. On that note,Jujutsu Kaisen’sShibuya arc opening ‘SPECIALZ,’ the date when Geto seals Gojo, was unveiled through the lyrics of the song.

As explained in the tweet, the song lyrics had multiple references to Gojo’s sealing in the opening. Following the incident, the balance of power greatly shifted towards Geto and the rest of the cursed spirits.
