Though it has already been established that Sukuna is obsessed with Megumi, supporters may be left wondering why. Sukuna’s interest in Megumi is one of the plot’s fascinating elements. Now that Sukuna has finally possessed Megumi in Chapter 213 of the Manga, we learn why he did so.
The real intention of Sukuna being interested in Megumi might be similar to that ofNaruto’s Orochimaru’s interest in Sasuke.

How Did Sukuna Take Over Megumi’s Body?
In manga chapter 212, Sukuna takes over Megumi’s body. Sukuna grabbed possession of Itadori after Jogo force-fed him ten fingers at once, and Jogo urged him to take permanent control. Sukuna, on the other hand, declined, explaining that he had his intentions. Sukuna ultimately fulfills his promise to Itadori Yuuji to heal him after ripping out his heart. The contract specified that Sukuna could take over Itadori for one minute, but he could not harm anyone. However, Itadori did not include himself in this arrangement.
As a result, Sukuna took over him, concentrated his entire soul into one of Itadori’s fingers, severed it, and force-fed it to Megumi. This enabled Sukuna to seize control of Megumi.

Sukuna’s Interest in Megumi
It is yet to be revealed why Sukuna is so interested in Megumi, however, it is plausible that it is due to his strength. Ryomen Sukuna was intrigued by Megumi Fushigoro’s Ten Shadows Technique. Megumi’s Ten Shadows cursed method is a formidable technique, and it seems to reason that Sukuna would be scared of it or seek ways to employ it.
It has been implied throughout the anime and manga that Sukuna wishes for Megumi to refine his skill and get Sukuna a body as a result of his inability to overtake Itadori’s. The Ten Shadows Technique is a power passed down via the Zenin Family, it is extremely rare. In reality, Megumi is the only member of the Zenin Family who has been proven to have this power.
According to aRedditpost, Megumi’s Curse Technique can summon Sukuna’s original body. The concept is that a previous 10 Shadows user buried Sukuna’s body in the shadow, so Megumi should be able to access it, and Sukuna can return to his original body with some jujutsu.
