Momoa has expressed his interest in playing the character, and fans have also been rooting for the same. And if theGame of Thronesstar actually gets recast as Lobo in the new DCU, he would be the only actor to have portrayed two DC superheroes.

“I think with Peter Safran and Mr. Gunn at the helm now at DC, I’m very excited about that. There are a lot of cool things that are going to be coming up, and one of my dreams come true will be happening under their watch, so stay tuned.”
While no official confirmation has been made regarding his future in DC Universe, some of the cryptic social media posts from the actor and filmmaker James Gunn have led to several fans’ speculations. Gunn earlier shared an image of Lobo as his first post on Mastodon’s social media platform, teasing a potential project or the character’s involvement in DCU.
