Tom Hardy Gets The Gold Medal
TheLegendactor has often participated in tournaments in incognito mode but he has become a big name in the world of Jiu-Jitsu. But after he participated in a tournament unannounced and won the gold medal, he has become the talk of the town.Tom Hardy‘s won the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition after he bodyslammed his opponent, but before that, he was in a fickle when his opponent used a Guillotine chokehold on him.
The announcement comes from Tom DeBlass’ Instagram, where he shared a picture of the actor on the podium with a heartwarming, calling Hardy a“man training in his mid-forties”competing in sports tournaments. He also stated that Tom Hardy is competing for a good time but his opponent would realize that they’re going against Bane.

In a different post, the Jiu-Jitsu practitioner shared the video of the actor escaping the Guillotine chokehold and how he would not let him post the clips sent to him.

Why Does Tom Hardy Participate in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Competition?
After his win in the 2022 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Open Championship, the actor went to Instagram to share his victory. He wrote a heartwarming note, stating that addiction and mental are the two topics“extremely close to my heart.”He stated that it was a charity event that supported the mental health and well-being of war veterans, and first responders.
“Addiction is difficult and complex stuff to navigate; as is mental health. Subjects which are both deeply personal for me and extremely close to my heart. “It is an honour to be able to represent the charity and my team REORG and the great work they do supporting the mental health and well-being of veterans of service, military, and first responders through the therapeutic benefits of Jiu Jitsu and fitness training.”

The actor explained the importance of Jiu-Jitsu in his life, and how it is more than a hobby for him. The actor was once a drug addict but he overcame it and he made it clear that he will not go back on that track.
“Simple training, for me (as a hobby and a private love ) has been fundamentally key to further develop a deeper sense of inner resilience, calm and well being. I can’t stress the importance it has had and the impact on my life and my fellow teammates.”
TheVenomactor winning titles in BJJ is a great thing because, for quite some time, it is rumored that he will be the new James Bond. Daniel Craig who played the iconic role for 15 years had a simple message for the actor who will step up to be the next James Bond and gave a simple message“Don’t mess it up.” And gladly Tom Hardy is just doing that.
