Henry Cavill’s relationship status is perhaps another topic of discussion that is often seen as recurring when it comes to the actor. Apart from the extraordinary skills he possesses in the Hollywood industry. From the various actresses he has dated to the multiple movies he has starred in, Cavill manages to find himself in a conversation one way or another.
While he may have been in and out of relationships for a while now, his current relationship is one that has been ongoing for over two years now. Natalie Viscuso and Cavill were seen together for various premieres and he talks fondly of her whenever he is to mention her. However, his most controversial relationship was not the one with her. Henry Cavill found himself extremely intimidated by his ex-girlfriend, Tara King.

Henry Cavill was Intimidated by Tara King
Henry Cavillmay have been in many relationships but he never got so much backlash for any other relationship except for that with Tara King. The reason for this was their noticeable age gap. While Cavill was 32 when he dated her, King was only 19 years of age. Despite it all, he fought against the public eye and continued that relationship for as long as he could. Speaking withElle, he opened up about how meeting his then-girlfriend came to be.
“When I met my girlfriend, I was super intimidated.”He continued,“I wanted to impress her. I was thinking, Don’t mess this up, man. You’ve gotta play your cards exactly right.”
He spoke about how although many would expect King to be intimidated by his presence, seeing that he is a big-name celebrity, that was not the case at all. In time though, he came to notice how intimidated by her he was. All he wanted to do was impress her and make her smile. She was a powerful force in his life he did not expect to meet. One that he found much more mature than she might appear to be.

Henry Cavill’s Opinion on Tara King
Henry Cavill admitted in the interview with Elle that he understood why there were so many doubts and comments regarding Tara King and his relationship. However, he was not one to think too much about the same. He agreed that with age comes maturity, but in his then-girlfriend’s case, her mind was already a ways away from him.
“People say, ‘Age is just a number.’ A lot of times it’s not just a number. It’s actually a real and true sign of someone’s maturity. But in this case, she’s fantastic.”He continued,“When I was 19, I was going out with a 32-year-old.”
He got even more candid regarding his own time as a 19-year-old boy. He explained that when Cavill too was of the same age, he found himself dating a 32-year-old woman who taught him much in his life.
