There’s a very strange thing that’s happened with the character, though he is clearly not a good guy. A lot of people have glommed onto him. There’s a weird element out there that actually kind of idolize him. I’ve seen some s— on Twitter and I’m like, ‘Wait, What? You are missing the point entirely!’
Starr expressed his character’s popularity as strange, despite not being a good guy by any means. With that being said, in no way should Homelander be a role model for anyone in the world.
After all, the character has been in constant limelight for butchering humans throughout the series. In fact, in the season 3 finale, Homelander used his deadly heat vision to murder a protestor in cold blood.
The first supe expected further protest from the crowd, but his actions were met with loud cheers. Thus, it set the premise for Antony Starr’s Homelander to become even more unhinged inThe Boysseason 4.

When WillThe BoysSeason 4 Release?
The Boysseason 3 premiered back in June 2022. It has been more than a year since the release of the previous season, but there is still no concrete date set for the next season of the popular show.
Well, the show was previously expected to be released in late 2023. However, due to the WGA Strike, the next season’s release date was pushed to 2024. Even then, the creators haven’t set a concrete release date for the new season.
However, keeping the release of previous seasons, fans can expectThe Boysseason 4 to arrive on Amazon Prime Video in mid to late 2024.
Will fans experience more gore scenes by Homelander? Well, it is expected to happen if we take the history of the show into consideration.
