Millie Bobby Browndropped her engagement news in April this year and even shared a picture of herself with her fiance, Jake Bongiovi highlighting a diamond on her ring finger on her Instagram.
With a sweet one-liner caption, theStranger Thingsstar declared her immense love for her partner.
“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all”
However, the couple’s engagement news received mixed reactions from the public with many pointing out that the duo is still too young to take such a big step in their life. However, Jake Bongiovi’s famous father, Jon Bon Jovi clearly supports his son’s proposal.
During an appearance on Andy Cohen’s Sirius XM show,Radio Andy, he shared,
“I don’t know if age matters. You know, if you find the right partner and you grow together. I think that would be my advice really, growing together is wise.”
He further mentioned being glad to watch three out of his four kids find their partners.
“So I think that all of my kids have found the people that they think they can grow together with, and we like them all.”
Not only is he supportive of the couple, he also praised the actress for being“wonderful”adding that her whole family is great. He also commented that theEnola Holmesstar’s to-be-husband is extremely delighted with it.

In an appearance onToday with Hoda and Jenna, Bobby Brown clarified that the rock legend is not going to be performing at his son’s wedding.
“I feel like that’s asking me to go and like, do a full on play for everyone,”Brown said.“I think the man needs a break, he doesn’t stop!”
She continued,
“He’s always doing tennis or singing lessons. I think he needs a break, maybe it’s a three hour break!”
She further stated that her wedding plans are actively in progress with her beau is helpful in the entire process.
“Jake is very, he’s very involved, he’s very helpful during the whole process. I’ve never felt alone in it, which is very nice. I’m always like, ‘Is this a good idea, is this a good idea?’ But ultimately, it’s just a very intimate day for the both of us and we’re both very excited.”
It’s a big event in their lives which is why the duo are quite excited about getting engaged in their wedding plans. She loves being around her fiance and family which is one other reason why she is looking forward to her wedding.
