Depp though, has been someone who has always put his hand up to take responsibility for his break-ups. TheSleepy Hollowstar who dated Kate Moss for a few years, admitted that he was at fault for not working harder on his relationship with the British supermodel.

Johnny Depp Blamed Himself For Split With Kate Moss

Unfortunately, this romance did not have a happy ending despite Depp admitting that they were in it for the long haul. In an interview withHello! Magazine, the celebrity expressed his guilt for not seeing their relationship through, while also taking responsibility for the split.
“I have never got that emotional over a woman before. I have been so stupid because we had so much going for our relationship. I’m the one who has to take responsibility for what happened—I was difficult to get on with, I let my work get in the way, and I didn’t give her the attention I should have.”
Kate Moss also revealed that she was equally devastated by her breakup with Johnny Depp as she saw him as someone who would look after her for the rest of her life.

Johnny Depp Received Support From His Ex-Girlfriend Vanessa Paradis During His Divorce Trial
The Johnny Depp-Amber Heard divorce saga reached caustic and acrimonious heights with both stars attacking each other with stories of abuse and violence. But Depp’s reputation of being someone who has always owned up to his faults, especially in failed relationships, worked in his favor. Former supermodel and ex-girlfriend Vanessa Paradis came forward to support the star during the trial. Paradis, who shares two children with Depp in their 14-year relationship, released a statement in court that appeared inThe Sun.
“Through all these years I’ve known Johnny to be a kind, attentive, generous and non-violent person and father. On movie sets the actors, directors and entire crews adore him because he is humble and respectful to everyone, as well as being one of the best actors we’ve seen.”
Apart from Paradis, actor Winona Ryder who also dated thePirates of the Caribbeanstar in the 90s, gave an official statement that was read out during the trial which spoke of Johnny Depp as a man of integrity and non-violence.
