How To Get Penitent Greaves
The easiest way of getting unique items is to reach World Tier 3 and 4. Penitent Greaves can be dropped randomly in these tiers. Additionally, players can get them from the Helltide event chest or Tree of Whispers. Note that players have to clear the Cathedral of Light Capstone dungeon to reach World Tier 3.
If players are unable to acquire these greaves in World Tier 3, they can go to World Tier 4, i.e.,Torment 1. The difficulty is going to increase, but the chances of receiving unique items also increase.
