Almost a year ago, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez tied the knot for the first time after 20 years of history between them. With their first attempt at a relationship fading away by early 2004, it wasn’t until Affleck and Lopez would both go on to experience marital bliss with other people that they would find a way back to each other amid the pandemic infected 2020. After spending decades waiting for each other, the couple couldn’t be happier in their newfound stability through marriage, and it shows.

After being married to Marc Anthony and Cris Judd and being in a long relationship with Alex Rodriguez,Jennifer Lopezhas learned that nothing screams “soulmate” louder than the love of her life,Ben Affleck. As for the Hollywood great, Jennifer Garner stole his heart in 2003 during the filming ofDaredeviland the pair had been together since 2005 until their divorce in 2018.
Affleck’s own drug-fueled journey to and from rehab throughout these years has defined the better part of his life and career but if there has been one constant factor in the Oscar-winning filmmaker’s life, it is the love that he holds for his children. In a recent interview withThe View, Jennifer Lopez touches on the subject of Affleck being a great father and claims:
“It brings tears to my eyes, he is honestly the best dad I have ever seen. He’s such a brilliant guy anyway, and you’re able to tell that when he had his kids he must have read every book and everything that you could possibly learn about children, and he applies it. He’s present, and that’s all you can ask, for a present, loving dad who shows up every single day, and that’s who he is.”

Lopez’s own children from her marriage to Marc Anthony, the teenage twins, Emme and Max Nuñiz, have become distant from the mega popstar. She has revealed that the 15-year-olds have reached that phase of adolescence where they“don’t want to talk”to their mother about everything that goes on with their lives. Lopez claims,“It’s all necessary, and intellectually, I understand it, but my heart, my heart hurts.”The extended family with Lopez, Affleck, and Jennifer Garner has found stability and love in the past year and the singer claims to have gotten on really well with her husband’s kids in the short time they have known each other.

Despite suffering a broken engagement and a relationship that had an impossible probability of ever being reignited, Ben Affleck and JLo have risen against all odds to rekindle their powerful and glorious Hollywood romance. After making their red carpet appearance together in Lopez’s musical romantic drama,Marry Mein 2022, they became the sole talking point for the public. Lopez admitted in February ’22:“I don’t think anybody was more surprised than us. You never could imagine something like that could happen. It’s a beautiful thing.”

The couple, soon after, shocked the people by eloping to Las Vegas in July 2022 before organizing a more celebrity-worthy wedding on a grand scale with family and friends present in Affleck’s lush Georgia estate in August 2022. Now, the couple lives a life free of career hardships with Affleck finally finding a solid footing with his new enterprise with Artists Equity. Jennifer Lopez’s career, which is going strong as ever, cannot complain about anything other than her perfect marriage to the Hollywood titan.
