Emilia Clarke Joined The MCU Even Though She Couldn’t Land The Role InIron Man 3
It’s true that she couldn’t land her role inIron Man 3,however, times have changed and recently she was spotted featuring in one of the MCU miniseriesSecret Invasion. It starred Emilia Clarke alongside Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Kingsley Ben-Adir.
The 36-year-old British actress played the role of a Skrull named G’iah in one of the smallest miniseries ever released by Marvel. The series has a total runtime of 3hrs 43 mins, and it consists of only six episodes. Like many other Marvel characters, G’iah is also a character made of tragedy and hardships. In the series, it has been portrayed that she can go up to any extent to protect her fellow Skrulls, as she is the most powerful character in Marvel’s Phase Five.

After the miniseries premiered it wasn’t accepted that well either by the critics or by the audiences. The character that has been offered to her doesn’t have that much character development, neither is it comic-accurate to a lot of extent. As a result, there is no official confirmation about launching a second season. But the fans of Emilia Clarke deserve more than this and hope to see her character intervening in the multiverse of Marvel in the future.
