Swatch has a bunch of items you can buy in Deltarune; however, you will need to find this vendor first. Here are all the places to find him.
Deltarune has a bunch of NPCs (non-player characters) who can provide you with a ton of items, weapons, and equipment to make your life easier. Swatch is one of these vendors who sells some useful items for you. You cannot find Swatch immediately after starting the game, though. You need to progress to Chapter 2 until you can find this Darkner vendor. Here is where to find him.

Where Is Swatch in Deltarune?
You first encounter Swatch in Chapter 2, at the entrance to Queen’s Mansion. However, this is not a permanent location. After the Dark Fountain is sealed away, you need to go to another location. Once the above happens, he sets up the Color Cafe in Castle Town.
You cannot find Swatch on the Snowgrave Route of Chapter 2. This is because Rouxls Kaard blocks the way to Swatch. Although, you may still find the Color Cafe to be established during the epilogue of Chapter 2. So, you can get the items listed below, just at a slightly later point in the game.
What Does Swatch Sell in Deltarune?
Swatch sells the following items at the Color Cafe.
Out of these, the Spaghetti Code and B.Shot Bowtie are going to be the more useful items. This is due to the healing use of the first item, while the latter is used to make an even stronger armor piece.
