You can only craft it if you have100x Chiral Crystals,80x Special Alloys,and60x Chemicalswith you. Once crafting is complete, place the Chiral Antigravity Device anywhere on yourbackpack. Doing so will increase the maximum weight that your backpack can carry. Keep in mind that you can craft multiple Chiral Antigravity Devices and attach them to your backpack to increase its carrying capacity further.
