Think of them as temporary superpowers that stack up during your match. The more you get, the stronger you become.
All 12 Medallions and How to Get Them
Getting Medallions in this mode is pretty easy. When you start a match, you already have one random Medallion. So you’re not starting from zero. Want more? Look forGolden Supply Drops. These things drop randomly on the map, and they’re packed with good stuff: Better guns and more Medallions. There are 12 different Medallions you’re able to find. Here’s what each one does:

Boons work differently from Medallions. Eliminate people and stay alive to level up your Blitz Level. Every time you level up, you will get a free Boon and some good weapons. You can see your level under the minimap.
If you want more Boons, you can always find them in Golden Chests scattered around the map. These look way different than normal chests, and they always have a Boon inside. They show up randomly, so you have to explore. Here is the list of all boons in Fortnite Blitz Royale:
Storm Caller Boonis way better than it sounds. The storm moves so fast in this mode that this Boon can save you multiple times. You can literally hide in the storm while your shields come back.
