The actor has reportedly put $22.5 million (asking price) into his sizable ranch, thus suffering a startling loss.

So, less than two years afterThe Lords of Flatbushactor bought a 2.2-acre ranch in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, the property’s ownership changed once again.According to records, Creedence Clearwater Revival’s former lead singer, John Fogerty, is the quick-moving new owner.

Sylvester Stallone’s California Mansion Was Sold For $17.2 Million
Sylvester Stallone is selling off yet another sizable piece of property.The Martyn Lawrence Bullard-designed mansion in Hidden Hills, California, that theRockyactor, 77, and his wife Jennifer Flavin, 55, owned, has reportedly been sold for $17.2 million, according toRobb Report.
But even so, John Fogerty’s sizeable payment was noticeably less than Stallone’s $22.5 million asking price (with $1 million less than what theFirst Bloodstar himself paid for the keys back in 2022).

TheLos Angeles Timesreported that the ranch-style house is situated on 2 acres of land and is surrounded by lush greenery.
The house has a 10,500-square-foot main house with a guest house, along with four bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The pool, spa, cabana, gym, and movie theater are among the luxurious amenities that are included in the property.

Stallone’s former 21,000-square-foot home, which is spread across 3.5 acres, has eight bedrooms and nine full bathrooms, according to a previous report byPEOPLE. It was initially listed by the actor and his wife for $110 million, but they later lowered their asking price to $85 million.

Why has Sylvester Stallone Declared His Exit FromTheExpendablesSeries?
The Expendables 4will beSylvester Stallone‘s final installment in the series;Jason Stathamwill take over as the franchise’s lead actor for subsequent installments.In 2010, theEscape Planactor and screenwriter David Callaham co-created the action-thriller movies. Stallone has since starred in all three movies that have been made.
In a video posted to hisInstagrampage after the fourth installment of the series’ production was complete, Stallone provided an explanation for why he would not be returning. He told his fans:
“It’s time to be moving on. This will be my last day, so I’m enjoying it but it’s always bittersweet, you know. When something you’ve been so attached to, I guess it’s been about 12 years, and I’m ready to pass the baton on to Jason [Statham] and his capable hands.”

Nevertheless, Terry Crews and Jet Li also refused to reprise their roles inExpend4bles, which would have disappointed some fans.
The Expendables 4has received generally unfavorable reviews from critics, who criticized the film’s plot, action sequences, Stallone’s limited screen time, the absence of the majority of the original cast, and visual effects.With a $100 million budget, it only made a pitiful $48 million globally, failing miserably at the box office.
