Cruise being an A-lister, has the capacity to love and hate anyone on his terms and he would not go near the celebrities he hates. Here’s a list of 8 celebrities among his several archenemies that Cruise can not tolerate.

Leah Remini
Tom Cruisehas a distinct feud and it all goes back to The Church of Scientology. Remini was a proud member of the church but later she was one of the outspoken critics of it. To express her experiences in the church Remini wrote a book and produced a series where she claimed that Cruise is the most powerful member being aware of the abuse. However, the church and Cruise denied all the allegations.
John Travolta
Despite sharing the same religious background, thePulp FictionandFace Offstar John Travolta reportedly despise Cruise as they have been in the race for long to be on the top spot of the church. Cruise was highly favored by the church while Travolta believed he deserved the same reputation and recognition.
Justin Bieber
Canadian singer Justin Bieber once challenged Cruise in a fight.“Tom if you dont [sic] take this fight your [sic] scared and you will never live it down,”the singer wrote onX. Of course, Bieber later pulled out his comment on the Mission Impossible star recognizing Cruise’s“dad strength.”

The Blue Lagoonstar Brooke Shields’ feud with Cruise has been one of the most talked about celebrity debates in Hollywood. Cruise openly criticized Shields for relying on anti-depressants to help with her postpartum depression in 2005. Shields’ response was rather fascinating.“I agree with him about his feeling on prescribing drugs to kids. We are in accord,”Shields toldPeople.“I don’t think Ritalin should be prescribed to kids. Postpartum depression is a different matter. I think I’m more qualified to talk about that (than he is),”she added. Of course, later Cruise apologized to hisEndless Loveco-star.

Remini shared inside details about celebrity Scientologists where she mentioned Alley and Cruise’s relationship.“I had heard Tom didn’t like them [Alley, and John Travolta],”she wrote in the book, however, she refrained from sharing the reason behind the hatred.
Matt Lauer
Cruise also developed his dislike towards American TV personality Matt Lauer. Cruse appeared in Lauer’s show in 2005 and the host asked him a few delicate questions regarding Katie Holmes (who was not a Scientologist) and his feud with Shields. Cruise was pretty uncomfortable with that.
Mark Wahlberg
Cruise initiated bad blood withMark Wahlbergin 2013 when the A-lister compared Wahlberg’s job to“fighting in Afghanistan.”TheTedactor felt disrespected and responded with furious comments.“I don’t give a fck what you did. You don’t do what these guys did. For somebody to sit there and say my job was as difficult as somebody in the military’s. How fcking dare you. Perhaps, the most famous rivalry Cruise shares is with none other than another A-listerBrad Pitt. The feud between the megastars started when they collaborated in the 1994 horrorInterview with a Vampire. Reportedly, Pitt could not stand Cruise and avoided him behind the scenes. TheInglourious Basterdsactor also found Cruise a bit annoying. But Pitt confessed that they have different ways of doing things and there was a great professional rivalry at hand which mostly separated the actors for over 25 years.
