Many thought that the second-richest mangaka in history would be either Toriyama or Kishimoto. This title, however, is owned by Rumiko Takahashi, one of the richest and most well-known mangakas in history and the author of numerous widely read manga series.
Renowned manga creator Takahashi is best known for two classic works,Ranma ½andInuyasha, which received a lot of positive feedback. Both of these manga have had numerous adaptations and spin-offs, with sales of 55 million and 50 million copies, respectively.

With more than 200 million copies in print, Takahashi’s estimated net worth ranges from sixty to seventy million US dollars, which is the second highest net worth after Eiichiro Oda who has an alleged net worth of over 200 to 230 million US dollars.

Japanese manga artist Rumiko Takahashi is one of the most prominent artists. She has won two Shogakukan Manga Awards and two Seiun Awards.
