While filmingPirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Johnny Depp badly injured his hand. It was so severe that he had to be instantly flown to the US all the way from Australia for surgery.
Henry Cavill injured himself very seriously while filmingThe Witcher(Season 2). He was running through the woods when he accidentally tore his hamstring. “It was a very, very bad tear, and I was very lucky that it wasn’t a complete detachment of the hamstring,” he said.

When George Clooney was filming the scene inSyrianawhere his character is tied to a chair and getting beaten up, he accidentally lost his balance and tripped over. Clooney ended cracked on his head and spent two weeks at the hospital. According to the medics, his head injury almost killed him.
