However, Beyoncé was so nervous about the move, that she admitted to almost having a breakdown on stage.

Seeing Her Daughter On Stage Was Almost too Much For Beyoncé To Handle

Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour will go down as one of the most iconic musical events that the world has seen. The charismatic artist proved why she is considered one of the greatest modern singers, by drawing record crowds everywhere she performed. She also had a surprise for her fans when she called upon her 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy on stage to dance for the first time in Paris.

TheBeautiful Liarsinger admitted that she was initially not keen on exposing Blue Ivy to audiences at such a young age, but succumbed to the idea owing to her daughter’s insistence. She went on to admit that she was a bundle of nerves before Blue Ivy’s big moment and confessed that she had a breakdown moment when she almost passed out on stage.

It is said that a mother’s instinct is seldom wrong, and this was perfectly true in the case of pop star Beyoncé and her daughter Blue Ivy. The singer in the trailer of her soon-to-be released concert filmRenaissance: A Film by Beyoncé,addressed her daughter’s maiden stage appearance during the tour, and confessed that she was against the idea of exposing her to so much publicity at such a young age.

As it turned out, Blue Ivy’s dancing skills was severely trolled and criticized by netizens. While these negative comments would have affected any young child quite deeply, Beyoncé’s daughter proved that she was cut from the same cloth as her strong mother, and took the criticisms in her stride by working even harder on her performances for the future shows.
